``Well, I got a leak and was looking for a company to do repiping. I've got many quotes and all were on high side with no patching included and no availability for next few days. Problem also was that I was tight on starting date and nobody were able to start when I needed. Nobody except Simpex.

``Simpex completed a full house repipe for us. They arrived on time and completed the repipe in one day. The supervisor walked through our home explaining what would be done and answered all of our questions. They minimized dust and cleaned up after the repipe. ``WOW!!! Best in the business. I had three projected I needed them to tackle: 1) Main sewer line repipe from my house, 2) Water softener discharge PVC repipe and 3) toilet replacement. ``I recently had my water heater give out and reached out on yelp for a few quotes. Simpex reached out and offered for their plumber to come out and give me a quote for the replacement at no cost for the visit. They were able to install a new one the next day within a couple of hours! I was so happy they could help me out so quickly and at a great price. ``Simpex is one of those companies you want to add as your A-team house support. We had called more than three plumbing companies for house repiping to get estimates as well as askes technical questions. Most places who were able to answer the questions I asked (use pex-a piping, does not use shark bites when connecting pex-a components, is able to drywall/cover all furniture when working, quick turn around time, etc) had asked for more than double what Simpex was asking for. Brian came in and was very honest. He didn't try to upsell me a water heater, or water filtration system like the other companies. He looked at my house and told me exactly what I needed and understood our situationWhen the work started Simpex came in with 8-10 people on the first day to meet their time requirements and finished around 5 pm. Came at the time they stated and left at the time stated.
On the the 2nd day the city inspector stopped by and was very impressed with their work. He had mentioned it's not required for plumbing companies to insulate the cold water lines so they went above and beyond as well as added a recirculation hot water line for us.
On day 3 they had finished drywall exactly as planned. House was cleaner than we had left it after they were done. Drywall was done so well we had a hard time identifying where they had opened up the wall.
This process was very smooth and we appreciate everything Simpex was able to do for us. I look forward to working with them again in the future and have recommended them to all my friends and family.``
